Probably the most important build on this campsite & definitely the most fun to make, It's the hub of your stay with us here at Press Bars Camping. A sustainably converted shipping container, offering a touch of luxury to your camping adventure. Two flushing toilets, fed from a rainwater harvesting system, with a communal wash hand basin. A family sized shower room with a changing bench & basin. The toilets & shower are unisex but both cubicles & the shower room are lockable with occupancy indicators. 

To the rear of the container is the camp kitchen, which includes a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, 2 device charging lockers, bins for general waste & mixed recycling, as well as washing up facilities. This opens up onto a seating area with a 4 burner gas BBQ & a small kitchen garden, with herbs & tomato plants.

The container, as with our Safari tent, has been built using approx. 80% recycled material, utilises harvested rainwater & the whole site is powered by our 15.5Kw solar array, because a little bit of luxury shouldn't cost the earth..
